Position:

• Services Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and services for production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues that arise in the production process.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Continuously seek ways to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical engineering required.
• Good experience in Electro-Mechanical field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience as a Services Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paper products industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
