Job Title: Salesperson (Education Sector)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team, focusing on selling our products to schools ranging from elementary to high school and other education related entites. The salesperson will be responsible for visiting customer sites, offering our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites, primarily schools from elementary to high school, to present and offer our products.
• Utilize sales leads provided by the company to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas set by the company on a consistent basis.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products to school administrators and decision-makers.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Dress professionally, adhere to business etiquette, and present oneself in a polished manner while representing the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales potential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively.
• Good understanding of sales processes and the ability to navigate through complex sales cycles.
• Well-dressed and professional appearance, with exceptional business etiquette.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diploma or bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
