Role Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive ICT Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products and services align perfectly with our clients’ needs. Your technical expertise and product knowledge will be crucial in crafting compelling solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support in sales presentations.
  • Design and propose technical solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Respond to technical queries and concerns during the pre-sales process.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and product developments.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ICT Pre-Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of ICT products, including networking, CCTV, and server solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise terms for non-technical clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend sales events.
