Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to be responsible for processing payroll, reconciling payroll information, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll transactions.

Job Responsibility:
  • Collecting and verifying timekeeping information
  • Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes
  • Processing and issuing paychecks or electronic transfers
  • Addressing any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies
  • Reconciling payroll data and preparing reports for management
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Accountant or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and laws
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
