• Develop and execute the overall operational strategy in alignment with OTO’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence
• Continuously evaluate and improve OTO’s operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
• Foster strong partnerships with e-commerce businesses, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within our operations and platform
• Implement robust quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including product development, sales, and customer support, to drive alignment and achieve company objectives
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of our operations team and track progress towards strategic goals
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the operations team and across OTO.

For this role, it is essential that have:

• At least 8 years of experience operations within SaaS & logistics industries
  
• BSc degree in a relevant field, master’s degree is preferred
  
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
  
• International shipping experience
  
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with fleet management software
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  
Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively in team rotational shifts

It will be considered a big plus if you:

• International experience
• Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
