Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a reference point to draft company policies and procedures in coordination with the concerned department.

· Communicate the drafted policies and procedures with the OD & Compliance Manager to obtain feedback and comments.

· Evaluate business initiatives to determine the appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions needed to meet organizational goals.

· Support the OD & Corporate Compliance Manager in coaching and organization development services in consultation with executive leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with strategic plans.

· Monitor the performance management system and take corrective actions on employee development based on performance rating.

· Ensure departments are following the standard performance management system in place to avoid any deviation in the evaluation process.

· Ensure training of performance goals settings, monitoring performance and formal and informal reviews to ensure the consistency of performance system.

· Process annual bonus and merit increases according to the compensation and benefits framework.

· Design and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with organizational goals and market trends.

· Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning.

· Evaluate existing benefits programs to ensure they are current and competitive.

· Conduct detailed compensation and benefits analysis using internal and external data.

· Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on compensation and benefits trends, cost analyses, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements

· 6 to 8 years’ experience in a in HR, OD and/or consulting-related field, with at least 2 years in Supervisory role

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources is preferable.

· F&B background is a must.

· Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet).

· Must be fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
