TPM Engineer

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a TPM Engineer to join its industry leading manufacturing team. You will partner with well experienced and growing manufacturing team who produce chemical solutions for their customers locally and globally.

The candidate of this position will be working in a manufacturing plant in the 2nd Industrial City in Dammam & will be responsible of all of the engineering, design, and expansion projects related to the manufacturing facility & to work with the maintenance team for the routine and preventative maintenance activities.

What You Will Do:

• Drive the High-Performance Work Team (HPWT) program in support of the TPM pillars.
• Monitor the progress of teams and TPM pillars as compared to the Master Plan and work where needed to ensure plant meets schedule objectives.
• Facilitate regular TPM steering committee meetings with all pillars and lead the PM pillar.
• Complete audits and assessments according to the required framework to guide the on-going TPM progress.
• Facilitate and document Kaizens as well as PDCA for projects.
• Coordinate with plant Engineering, planning, maintenance, and production to schedule equipment downtime to execute TPM activities.
• Ensure that all preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance data are correctly recorded, generate actionable insights, and identify areas of improvements.
• Support efforts to identify areas within the operations function where safety, quality, delivery, and cost may be improved.
• Support technical efforts to develop and integrate manufacturing processes for new and revised products.
• Develop and train others on how to develop TPM work instructions: One Point Lessons, Process Picture Maps, SOP’s, Cleaning Inspection Lubrication (CIL) checklists, etc.

Position Details:
This position is based in Second Industrial City – Dammam

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Year of experience from 3-6 years of production plants experience. Including, continuous improvements, expansions, and preventative maintenance.
• TPM or Six Sigma projects experience.
• Fully understand P&ID’s and able to create AutoCAD drawings and P&ID’s.
• Experience on PLC systems preferably SCADA.
• Experience with SAP or ORACLE.
• Basic Electrical Engineering Background.
• Chemical Production environments experience is Preferred.
• Team management and building skills.
• Extensive experience to build preventative maintenance program.
