Position:

• Tissue Machine Operators
• Paper Cup Machine Operators
• Section & Toilet Roll Machine Operators

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of paper products.
• Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and effectively throughout the production process.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine performance and output.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience as CNC Machine operator.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paper products industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain machinery.
• Understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
