IT Delivery Manager

About this opportunity

We are currently seeking an Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. As the ADM Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships and ensuring a satisfactory delivery of services as outlined in the ADM contracts and agreements. Your endeavors will directly impact the financial and commercial performance of our customer services, and your contributions will be instrumental in the ongoing success of our business operations. A key aspect of this role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining cost efficiency, ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed contracts (compliance to set of KPIs) and ensuring resource allocation adheres to Group and local safety requirements.

What you will do

• 
  Manages customer Application development services delivery
• Work along with Customer to plan the ADM forecast
• Manages the customer expectations from ADM delivery perspective
• Manage the ADM Delivery Commercial Aspects
• Manages business development from ADM services perspective
• Manage the risks and issues on different ADM deliveries
• Review of ADM and SLAs with Customer Governance
• Manages ADM resources along with mentoring and encouraging skill development of project team members
• Provides performance review input and indication of area of development for team members
• Responsible for all Communications and Program Status reviews with the both customer and Ericsson Leadership Teams.
• Accountable for all Customer Escalations and Resolutions
• Monitor and Mitigate all risks aggregated at the Account Level
• Ensure agreed processes and work instructions are implemented and used by the customer and in Ericsson’s ADM Unit.
• Ensure that escalation procedure is followed and that expectations and perceptions of customer are at all times managed in a professional manner
• Manage onsite team and secure right support provided when is needed or requested according to agreed SOW and SLA
• Collaborate with all Delivery and Solutions groups with in Ericsson to create value to Zain KSA

You Will bring

• 
  Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering (IT, Telecom).
• Minimum years of experience: 10-15 years of Experience.
• Agile methodology, scrum master,
• Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Diversity Management.
• Agile Planning.
• Conflict Management.
• Creative thinking and generate innovative ideas during work.
