Experience on all type of Heavy Mobile Equipment’s Service, maintenance & repairing jobs (Mechanical & hydraulic system) Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Heavy mobile Equipment’s Servicing & maintenance , Computer knowledge, Language , Communication Skills, Leadership Quality , Job Knowledge

Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:

  • Maximize equipment availability
  • To plan for maintenance of all automobile equipment.
  • To plan spare parts.
  • Follow up & Compliance of ISO approved procedures/documents.
  • To identify problem area and to plan for rectifications / improvements.
  • To train employees as per schedule.
  • Effective utilization of manpower.
  • Looking after Safety, Housekeeping & personal issues.
  • Authorized to validate employee’s appraisal with consultation to Manager.
  • Authorized to order spare parts required for maintenance job
  • Authorized to approve daily time sheets of employees
  • Authorized for leave approval of employees
  • To attend preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, scheduled maintenance as per departmental PM plan

To observe the equipment in the area of maintenance, report and take corrective actions in communication with Manager
