Network Engineer

About this opportunity
We are now looking for a RAN Optimization Engineer that will be responsible for performing mainly 4G/5G Network Tuning and Optimization to meet customer requirements and SLA contracted KPIs.

• Cluster optimization to enhance KPIs & ensure competitive quality of service all over the network.
• Awareness of software RAN new Features functionality and Traffic strategies.
• Interface with other Ericsson teams including Operation, design, Core and Project.
• Drive test Analysis.
• Handling VIP complaints related to 2G/3G/4G/5G.
• Handling Site acceptance projects for new sites and layers expansions
• Attending major events and be responsible- for on spot tuning like Ramadan and Hajj events.
• Identify add-on sales opportunities.
• Participate in knowledge -sharing activities.
• Collect and document customer requirements.

• Education: minimum on bachelor level, in engineering ( Telecom) or
• Minimum 2years of working experience
• Experience in RAN, Drive Test, Optimization
• Experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G, network layer structure
• Aware of Ericsson Tools TEMS/Business Intelligence/ENM and basic Automation Skills
