Position Title: HR Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager/Director
Location: Riyadh

Summary:
The HR Specialist will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Specialist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping to plan and administer important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Assist in developing and executing recruitment plans.
  • Conduct job analysis, post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Handle employee concerns and complaints, and work to resolve conflicts.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Track and report on training activities and outcomes.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Compliance:
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance review process.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with [specific HR software, if applicable].
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
