Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking events and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry, understanding their event requirements and offering tailored solutions
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring revenue targets are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of event projects
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the events sector
- Minimum of 3 or more years experience as a Sales Executive in the events or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the events sector
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to travel as required
