A leading retail company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities :

Coordination with suppliers

payment collections

Supports Accounts Payable team members for invoice management

Checking & segregation of supplier invoices

Document control which involves filing and indexing of invoices

Tracks and manages Accounts Payable Vendor reconciliation

VAT Reconciliation for all entities

Supplier advance payment to be reconciled on monthly basis.

Prepare Audit & FAR Schedules on monthly basis like Bank Reconciliation

Monthly updating of cash & bank tracker for UAE accounts

Salary disbursement on monthly basis & posting 4-5 years experience in similar role in similar industry Exposure in ERP environment is a must (Oracle, SAP, Sun microsystems), MS Office Competency in MS Excel led automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accountant in retail industry: 5 years (Required)
  • VAT booking and VAT Compliance: 4 years (Required)
  • withholding tax: 1 year (Required)
  • vendor invoice booking for PO and non PO: 3 years (Required)
  • Dynamics 365 or any ERP: 2 years (Required)
  • handling banking remittances and payments: 3 years (Required)
  • preparation of monthly reports: 4 years (Required)
