  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop precise cost estimates for mechanical projects
  • Estimate quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources required for projects
  • Conduct research and obtain pricing information for materials and services
  • Work closely with project teams to create detailed cost estimates and budgets
  • Present cost estimates to project stakeholders and offer recommendations for cost-saving measures
  • Monitor project costs and track changes throughout the project lifecycle
