The Role
Responsibilities - Well trust you to: 1. Strategy Making? Analyze data and seek opportunities, initiate merchant promotion plans, and make strategies, manage the sales team to finally achieve the goals. 2. Resource operation: Build business resources based on the strategy, make resource mechanisms for different merchants and sales teams, including commission, subsidies, and traffic, and so on. 3. Project Management: Identify key projects, make plans, and collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure the effective implementation of the projects. 4. Efficiency Optimization: Build sales tools, consolidate operational methods, establish standardized operational processes, and improve team operational efficiency.

Requirements
Requirements - Youll need to have: 1. 1-3 years of experience in merchant operations, with certain knowledge or experience in merchant operations, promotion operations, and sales team operations. 2. Good communication and expression skills, willing to collaborate. 3. Strong sense of responsibility. 4. Good logical thinking. Additional - The following are preferred : 1. Experience in the food delivery industry and local-based service industry is preferred. 2. Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools. 3. English can be used as working language.
