A leading real estate development company in Riyadh is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Project Manager for a full-time on-site role. The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for managing a architectural projects as if he/she is the CEO of this project, will be provided with all possible enablers and they expect the project to be done with planned budget and within the expected timeframe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex architectural projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼55,000.00 per month
