About the Role:

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Photo Retoucher to join our creative team at Nice One. As a Photo Retoucher, you will play a critical role in enhancing the visual quality of our content, ensuring our images align with our brands aesthetic standards and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retouch and enhance images to meet high-quality standards for various platforms including web, print, and social media.
• Collaborate closely with photographers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Utilize advanced retouching techniques to correct colors, remove blemishes, refine compositions, and ensure consistency across all images.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all images are flawless and adhere to Nice One’s brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of edited images and source files.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in photo editing and retouching.
• Work efficiently within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Incorporate feedback effectively to make necessary revisions and ensure the highest quality of final images.

• Bachelors degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality retouched images.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of color correction, image compositing, and retouching techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Stellar organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills to explain creative concepts and receive constructive feedback.
