The Role
Job Description: ? Plan, direct, and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department, or operating unit. ? Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. ? Negotiation of all purchases and involvement in approving group procurement. ? Prepares weekly price lists to be followed by salespeople, according to the sage (ERP System) costs and market price and approves special discounts in collaboration with Head of Finance/Commercial Approval Mandatory. ? Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management. Qualifications: ? Male, 30 to 40 years old ? Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related ? Atleast 7 to 10 years of related experience from raw paints & resin manufacturing or trading industry ? Must have an extensive experience in raw materials management, procurement, and supply chain operations and familiarity with regulatory requirements related to the paint and chemical industries ? Knowledge in procurement software and ERP systems is an added advantage
