Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Manager - Reporting (Power BI)

This role demands a deep understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques, proficiency with Power BI and related tools, and strong communication skills to effectively present findings to the project team and stakeholders

What Youll Be Doing:

• Capture, analyzing, and visualizing project data to inform decision-making processes.

• This specialist is tasked with creating dynamic and interactive reports using Power BI,

• Collecting all the project reports on time from all the involved Project Stakeholders and implement those presentations to the Projects Executive Management team and the Client for tracking the weekly, monthly progress.

• The Reporting Manager ensures that the Client and the PMC team have access to real-time insights on project performance, including scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation.

• The Manager – Reporting (Power BI) will establish and maintain data collection systems, develop custom dashboards, and translate complex data sets into understandable and actionable information.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;

• A minimum of 15 years experience in project management consulting, construction management, or related field, with a focus on reporting and analytics and a minimum 5yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).

• Expert proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
