We have an open role for the Title-Head Waitress with a well-established Group in Riyadh,KSA.

Head Waitress is responsible for overseeing the dining area, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising the waitstaff, managing customer relations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the waitstaff team.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage.
• Customer Service:
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Monitor and assess customer satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee the setup and cleanup of dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and place orders as needed.
• Prepare and manage daily reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback.
• Assist with budget management and cost control measures.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all food and beverages meet the restaurants quality standards.
• Monitor the presentation and consistency of dishes being served.
• Implement and uphold service standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a waitress, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial and administrative principles.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• International European preferred
