Job Description
  • Delivery of the material in the processing area
  • Offloading the material from containers or trailers etc.
  • Packing of finished goods as per the requirement of the clients
  • Labeling of stickers in the products
  • Dumping the ingredients in the hopper
  • Assisting the operators, fitters and electricians, forklift operators and supervisors for running and maintenance of the equipment’s and machines
  • Working safely and proper housekeeping - achieve zero lost time injuries during work
Skills
  • Can lift the bags of 50 kgs
  • Knows the method for palletizing the material in the pallet
  • Can read properly weight of the finished and raw material displayed in the weighing machine.
  • Have the full knowledge of functions and operation of all machines used for starch plant and following:
  • API Drilling Starch
  • High Temperature Drilling Starch
  • Cellulose Based Polymers
  • Polyanionic Cellulose
