Job Description
  • Coordinate key activities for conducting provider visits by Bupa Arabia employees.
  • Build a reporting mechanism in order to update management of visit findings and employee feedback.
  • Conduct quarterly forums revising actions taken and progress.
  • Report service failures to voice of the customer feeding into the loss tree.
  • Prioritize action items per service failures identified in each visit and reporting preventive measures.
  • Interview and hire satisfaction survey call agents in accordance with HR regulations and project requirements.
  • Train hired temps in best practice customer survey communication to conduct the survey.
  • Compile and report survey findings.
  • Set up and report on line customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Identify trends between various survyes conducted.
  • Promote a service passion culture by identifying and anouncing service heroes.
  • Promoting and anouncing best practices as per departmental targets and holding learning sessions.
  • Promote a service passion culture by dissminating service related quotes.
  • Support the cross departmental invetigation of complaints by holding meetings with the champions and conducting system searches.
  • Support member recovery and complaint resolution.
  • Report findings from the complaints with root causes and preventive actions identified.
  • Monitor the implemetnation and effectivness of the preventive actions.
  • Support the leadership team to be role models for the call center by organizing leadership visits to the call center and listing in on calls followed by positive feedback to the agents.
Skills

  • Experience in a customer service or service quality field preferred
