Sector/Organization Overview

This role will be based in Riyadh and is under MedTech division of Johnson & Johnson and is in the Emerging Markets Cluster, responsible for Cross Sector Local GS in KSA.


Summary of the Role:

  • Responsible for providing financial and analytical support to KSA entities.
  • Business Partnering by providing timely & insightful financial knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Business Partnering:

  • Liaising with the KSA Local GS Organization to provide support to hubs and solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • This role will partner directly with the Local GS organization and will be a key stakeholder in ensuring accurately booking in SAP financial systems.
  • Continuous improvement in methodology of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team and processes.

Financial Analysis/Tax and Reporting:

  • Manage and ensure accurate booking and forecast together with Business partners with 3 tier model.
  • Preparation of all Bank activities with accuracy.
  • Responds to ad-hoc analysis requests from local & regional management on a timely basis.

. Providing support to the manager related to all activities under Local GS.

. Input in Gstat for the submission of documents in Government statistic portal.

Internal controls

  • Ensure adherence to SOX, WWPs, internal policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance activities including internal/external audits.

T echnology:

Understand interdependencies among financial systems and ensures accuracy and consistency of data.

Be a key stakeholder to learn new systems in the region.


Compliance:

  • Liaise with the Global Compliance to ensure implementation of all policies and procedures.
  • Drive a culture of compliance in the organization.
Qualifications

Experience Required

  • Education: University degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Years of Experience: 0 - 2 years of working experience in finance and accounting, ability to work in a highly complex, dynamic environment.

. Very strong team player and good communication skills.

  • Flexible, has can do attitude and solution oriented.
  • Works well under pressure and in complex organizations.
  • Positive and result oriented mindset
  • Language: English, Arabic.
  • Location: Riyadh, KSA

Technical/Functional Skills Required

  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with teams to drive business performance
  • Proficiency in MS office suite specifically advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SAP and other J&J systems will be an advantage
