Position Title AlinIQ Informatics Technical Specialist

Reports To Regional Informatics Technical Leader / Sr. AlinIQ Informatics Technical Specialist

Role Purpose A technical expert focused on end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications. Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also have excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction

Job Specifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Global education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines 1~3 years of experience preferred installing, configuring and/ or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications

Special Skills & Knowledge Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies Demonstrated understanding of one or more products such as laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratories Hands on experience implementing, configuring, training and supporting one or more laboratory information systems mentioned above is highly desirable Able to execute assigned tasks satisfactorily with a high degree of commitment and quality, independently Technical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project/ SmartSheet
